Enrollment 2009-2010

PRE-K 5-DAY CLASS
4-5 years old (4 by July 31) entering kindergarten the following fall
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

5-DAY CLASS
3-4 years old (3 by July 31)
Monday through Friday - 9:00 am. - 11:45 am.

3-DAY CLASS (may be blended with 2-Day)
2 1/2 by July 31
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 9:00 am.-11:45 am.

2-DAY CLASS (may be blended with 3-Day)
20 months or older by July 31
Monday and Wednesday – 9:00 am. – 11:45 am.

OLDER PARENT & CHILD CLASS (enrollment is for Sept through May)
12-20 months (at the start of school) with a parent or caregiver
9:30 am. - 11:00 am. on Wednesdays or Fridays

YOUNG PARENT & CHILD CLASS
6 months and older(at the start of school) with a parent or caregiver
11:30 am. – 1:00 pm. on Fridays

The tuition deposit, equivalent to one month’s tuition, is applied to May 2010 and IS NON

REFUNDABLE!! Moving away, illness, and special needs are the only exceptions to this

commitment.

It is hard to believe that it is time to think about next fall’s enrollment for

your child. We are so proud of DECC, are delighted that you are part of our

“family,” and want to provide you with the opportunity be amongst the first

to enroll. If you have any questions or would like to see your child’s

prospective classroom please call us and we will set up a visit.
 

The remittance amount you enclose with your enrollment form is the tuition for

May 2010 and will be NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is a medical difficulty or

a move out of town
 

Requests for scholarships can be made in confidence to the school director. Application

forms are available in the school office. Each year new forms need to be completed and

requests should be submitted with your enrollment form.
